D-Solv has a new name - Algae-Off.

For each 1,000 gallons of water volume in pond, mix 1/4 cup of CrystalClear Biological Clarifier Plus in one gallon of pond water. Broadcast mixture over the entire surface of the pond or apply directly into filter, if possible, once a week.
If necessary, for heavy organic loads, increase this amount to get the desired water quality. For initial treatment double routine application rate.
