Just wanted to let you know the UV (Tetra GreenFree) arrived last Friday safe and sound.  Our pond looks amazing.  The Biotec 10 had it looking really good before the UV, but now that the UV has had some time to work the pond is even clearer.  Thanks again for your help in choosing the most suitable equipment for our situation.  We look forward to having a much nicer looking pond this year!

Thanks for the follow up on my order. I've been meaning to send you an e-mail to thank you for your great service. I had my liner stuff picked up by my driver the same day we confirmed my order. I was back to work in Edmonton 3 days later and the rest of the stuff beat me there. All packaged profesionally, no backorders, and best of all no freight bills! I'm sure that no local store could have supplied everything in the same time frame even if they could match your price, and I've checked, and they can't. I'm very impressed with the quality and integration of the OASE products (BIOsys OP-300 skimmer, Biotec 10 filter, Bitron UVC, Aquamax pump, Lunaqua 2.1 underwater lights).
