I have been meaning to write to you since October about the OASE 3000 gallon pond filtration system that you recommended to replace the 2 ... filters. My 2000 gallon pond has been crystal clear ever since. Too bad I didn't start out with this one two years ago. Thank-you for your help with this matter. If it was up to me I would not carry the ... filter. The OASE filter is very easy to maintain, clean and setup. This filter is much easier to clean than the ... filter.

When I first found the PondsOnline web site I was a little leary about doing business with a company that didn't have a phone number or address. However, the prices were good so I decided to give them a try -- the results were great! I needed a filter in a hurry and the staff did everything they could to help out. Emails were always answered promptly and I received my order quickly. I received a defective thermometer and even that was quickly replaced with no problems. Within a week, the OASE bioclear 10 filter allowed me to see the bottom of my 2.5 ft deep pond -- something that I hadn't seen in months. Would I do business with PondsOnline again? Absolutely. Feedback regarding your recommendation of the Cyprio Green Machine 6000 for my 4,000 gallon pond:

Your recommendation is absolutely successful. Water is so crystal clear, it looks like the drinking water I purchase. At first, I was cleaning the foam filters every third day, then every fourth, then weekly, and now it has been two weeks and the water level in the filter is staying below midpoint. Pond is crystal clear. I can see the fish at 3.5 feet down. The water lettuce is now growing like crazy and covers 35% of the surface.
