For
spring-fed clarity, add a UVC to your filtration system. UVCs are key elements
of an effective pond filtration system. When pond water is exposed to the
UV light source contained within a UVC, it causes the green water algae
to clump together. These larger particles can then be easily filtered out
as they pass through the pond filter. UV treatment also reduces the organisms
which cause disease in fish.

Got
the quartz replacement tube. Just in the nick of time. Had the beginnings
of a nasty algae bloom. Re-establishing the UV filter has cured the
