just wanted to say that I was extremely pleased about your response to
my note. I have had a couple of very bad experiences purchasing items over
the Internet. When I saw a comment on your web-site about "replying within
24 hours" I thought "That'll be a change!", but there it was, your reply,
just a few minutes after I wrote. Thank you for showing concern and interest
in your customer. It might only be a little filter material this time but
I'll certainly think about getting all my other pond stuff from you now.

was so pleased to discover Ponds Online. Even after 8 years of creating
and maintaining my own garden pond, I still find it very difficult to find
a consistent distributor for "pond stuff" in my area. There also seems
to be a real shortage of long term experience and knowledge about some
of the water gardening challenges we encounter. Believe me ... I've almost
